Whipped Honey Ricotta (Lori Rempel)

2 cups whole milk ricotta
4 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
4 tbsps sugar
3 tbsps honey
3/4 tsp vanilla extract

Whip ingredients in a food processor or hand held mixer until entirely smooth.  Delicious served with berries and sponge cake.
