3 peaches, peeled, pitted and diced
1/2 cup red onion.diced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp liquid honey
1 tsp rice vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
