Corn Bread ( Elsie)

1 cup flour
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1/4 cup sugar
4 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 cup canola oil
Mix dry ingredients. Add eggs, milk, and oil.
Beat until just smooth.
Pour into well greased 9x9 pan.
Bake@ 425 for 20-25 minutes
