1cup beef stock, can use veggie stock instead
1cup heavy cream (whipping)
3 Tbsp flour
2 tsp soy sauce
Pepper to taste
1 tsp of minced rosemary
Dissolve easy blend flour into stock. Bring to a gentle boil. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until thickened slightly. Can be made ahead and then reheated before serving.
