Jacob's fabulous fudge (Jacob Rempel)

3 cups semi sweet
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
8x8 square pan
melt chocolate chips in a sauce pan, take the pan off the burner and add other ingredients, stir and pour
into pan, refrigerate for 1 1/2 hours
cut into small squares and enjoy
