Steamed Asparagus with Shallot Dressing (Sandra)

1 lb asparagus, trimmed
1/4 c water
1 shallot, finely chopped
1 tsp olive oil
1 sprig chopped dill
1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp dijon mustard
salt & pepper

Place asparagus and water in a skillet and heat till water boils. Reduce heat, cover & steam for 5 min. Tranfer apsaragus to serving platter. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over asparagus.
