Cranberry Walnut Salad Bites (Sandra)

3/4 c dried cranberries
2/3 c crumbled blue cheese
1/2 c chopped toasted walnuts
1 ripe pear, chopped finely
1 Tbsp chopped chives or green onion
salt & pepper
1 tsp each: lemon juice & honey
2 tsp olive oil
Belgian endive leaves

Toss all ingredients together and spoon into endive leaves. Makes 2 2/3 c filling.
