Grandma's Rhubarb Pie

4 c rhubarb
1 1/4 c sugar
1 beaten egg
2 T flour

Bake 400-450F for 15 min. Turn down to 375F for 20-30 min. Leave egg out  if freezing unbaked and add 1 extra Tbsp of f,our. 7-8stalks =4c chopped.
