Kale Soup (Lori Wall)

2 3/4 cups chicken stock
1/4 cup whipping cream
1 med. potato
2 cups chopped kale
1/2 lb. italien sausage
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

1. Cook sausage and cut into slices
2. Combine stock and cream over med. heat and add sausage
3. Cut potato into small pieces and add
4. Cut and add kale and spices
5. Simmer for an hour

(serves 4 as an app & 2 as an entree)
