Crockpot Ribs (Tara)

3lbs of ribs cut into riblets, put in crockpot
Wisk together:
2 cups brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/3 cup  water
1/2 cup vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp garlic
Boil in microwave until thick (check on it a few times so it doesn't boil over). Pour over ribs.  Cook on low 10-12 hrs or high 5-6 hours.
