Cabbage Slaw (Elsie)

1/2 head savoy or napa cabbage ,shredded
3 scallions, sliced thinly, can substitute shallots or green onions
1 jalapeño, minced
 Dressing,
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup canola oil
2 Tbsp honey
Salt to taste

This is really good. It makes a great topping for fish tacos as well.
